Baby poop- Nutramigen

My 3 month old son was breastfed but was switched to Nutramigen by his GI doctor about a month and half ago. His stools have been a lot different since the switch. It is very runny all the time. I was just wondering if this is normal. First time mom and freaking out! Lol.
