Question about BBT temping
I ordered a bbt thermometer and am waiting for it to arrive. I am wondering, when you wake up everyday at the same time, do you have to stay awake from then on after taking the temperature? I was thinking of waking up daily at 5:20am when my husband leaves for work and take my bbt temp, and then going back to bed. Or is that not how it works?
