HELP PLS OPIONS opk positive?

Hi please help I am kinda stressed now my body is really playing funny biggest with me two AF’s ended in start of October then started ended end of October

But I have done opk Sunday, Monday & Tuesday.

Here are the photos of Sunday & Monday there on the same picture and I’ve written next to them then I took 3 today as it looked positive so just to be sure and I am positive there saying positive
