So depressed atm

I’m 14, so many people are saying I have changed. That all I do is go to parties, hookup with guys. It’s not true and they won’t believe me. I go to parties here and there but I don’t sleep around. I have just lost 4 friends all because they think I have become a bitch. I honestly don’t know what I’m going to do anymore. I feel helpless. I feel like nobody likes me. Please help
