Nose piercing.

I got my nose pierced 1 month ago. I havent had any problems with it. It doesn't hurt and it's not red . I've been cleaning it twice a day or at least once with warm salt water solution. Well i finally changed my nose stud to a smaller one that has a ball at the end. it was really easy to get it in, but since its small compared to the one i had, you cant really see the little ball from the inside. Is that okay? the stud wont come off easily right ?
