PCOS TTC for 12 yrs

Just having a moment. I have been pregnant 3 times. 1st was an ectopic that ruptured during my very 1st ultrasound which resulted in the loss of my right fallopian tube. 6 yrs later, 2nd pregnancy that dr. diagnosed as a miscarriage. Except HCG levels weren't dropping but staying the same. Come to find out, I had 2 pregnancies going on at the same time. They called it a "hetero pregnancy. I had one in the uterus, which i miscarried and another one growing in my tube. Had to go to the ER and get injections in my butt to terminate the pregnancy which just prolonged the bleeding process, and to be honest I thought it would never end. It was a reminder every single time I went to the bathroom. I was emotionally unstable for about a week but
