What does this mean?

I was diagnosed with PCOS about 7 years ago. I took Glucophage for about 5 and half years. Had a miscarriage at 24 weeks. Have been trying to conceive for a year now. I took a Folinis course in September which gave me about 7 healthy good quality eggs and then I was given an ovulation induction injection. Still did not conceive. This month I did a Clomiphene course and had this ultrasound on the 13th day of periods. Please, if you know anything, tell me what this means. The doctor told me I still have a chance to conceive this month but he didn't really explain anything. And antral follicles means that I have a good egg reserve? How is that helpful? And is the leading follicle too small? Is there a chance I'll ovulate from Clomiphene?
