What do you feed your 7 month old

Mine eats soft fruits and veggies, pasta, rice, waffles, pancakes, biscuits and has had a little bit of chicken breast. she will not eat anything pureed and is totally opposed to spoons🤷🏾‍♀️

Pureed veggies and fruits ! Combinations like carrot mango, banana carrot. Yogurt, banana strawberry oatmeal. She also likes sweet corn. I just got her some rice rusk to munch on.

I feed my daughter small cut up pieces of chicken and meat balls. Pastina with unsalted butter. Bread  and mini muffins. Puffs, yogurt melts, lil crunchiest for snacks. We will have some stage 3 purees with the chunks in them for veggies. Chopped up raspberries. Yogurt, pancakes, scrambled eggs. Baked sweet potato cut into small bits. Mashed potatoes sweet and regular.  Baby cereal with cooked apple chunks and cinnamon or chunks of banana. Cooked chick peas. I like making the mini muffins because there are a lot of options to add various veggies to them and she loves them.

I make LOs baby foods with all natural, organic fruits and veggies. She still doesn't have teeth yet, so we're still focusing on purees. She absolutely loves pumpkin, squash, and sweet potato. Some of her favorite combos are apple berry beet, peach sweet potato pumpkin, green bean pea pear, and carrot strawberry squash 😛

Mine will eat puréed foods some days but much prefers berries, chicken and Cheerios. 
We have tried tons of different foods and honestly finding that for the most part she really just wants real food. Simple foods and whatever mom is eating (while I’m eating it)

carrot sticks, chunks of fruit, breakfast is toast or banana or omelette if im feeling awake enough. My baby will have a small sandwich now too for lunch

I try to pick a 'real' recipe and emulate that for baby. Ie. baby pasta, tomatoes and tiny bits of diced beef for baby bolognese. Tomorrow night I'll be cooking seafood chowder; diced carrots, celery potato and corn, fish and white sauce. I make a whole batch and freeze for the coming weeks. 
I find it more enjoyable to prepare a meal for my daughter than to just offer a purée.
