Mc in oct

We had a mc oct 11 and waited till my next doctors appointment on 10-26-17 to get the ok to try again. I didnt have a dnc i did it naturally. I bleed for like a week and then i stopped my levels are back down to normal. However the week i had the mc is when i was suppose to start my period. The day we got the ok to try again we had sex twice. All day yesterday i was nauseous and today i am I vomited once nd had bad diarrhea sorry for the tmi, do you think its could b pregnancy related or sickness... i hve no appetite at all and still take my prenatals?
