HELP PLEASE IM DESPERATE..

I’ve had the Mirena since August 4th... no period, no problems with it, no pms symptoms. About three weeks ago I started to get sore boobs, some mild cramping, and headaches.

Starting a little over a week ago I had PAINFUL and unbearable cramps!!! I went to the dr, ultrasound showed a small golf ball sized simple cyst on my right ovary, my IUD was in place, and sent me on my way...

It then turned into just dull cramps. Then I started to spot last Friday night after experiencing the most painful cramps I have had. The next morning I went to the ER because I was bleeding and cramping to where I couldn’t walk. They told me I was fine, no tests done, just did labs to show I wasn’t pregnant or fighting an infection, sent me on my way..

I went to my dr yesterday for a follow up to the ultrasound, and she said it’s weird. It’s not normal. But we have to play it by ear. The pain could be it either getting bigger or about to rupture. If it doesn’t improve then I must go back for another ultrasound.

Now, Tuesday, Halloween, couldn’t go to work cause this morning I was lightheaded, cramping horribly, bleeding even harder, and then proceeded to vomit and have a wave of emotions...

I’m in desperate need of help and every dr I have gone to hasn’t really helped me at all... What is going on? I’m miserable..
