Line eyes? 🙄

Okay, I’m on metformin and had a cycle last month. I have been really sick to my stomach the last few days and am currently 3 weeks late, no I don’t have normal cycles. I’ve also had horrible headaches, exhaustion, and my boobs feel very sore and heavy. But I took a test today after not being able to sleep from nausea. And I took a test. I think I see the start of a line but at this point I don’t know. Picture was taken in the time frame! Am I crazy or does anyone else see it?
