I want to get an IUD but I dont want my parents to know its for birth controll. What can I say it is?

Ive been on the pill for 2 years for acne. And I like it also cause I can skip my period. I hate my period. My periods dont get so bad. Like. where im stuck in bed crying. I feel like they are relatively normal when I am off birth controll. Though off they are prrtty bad. Only occasionally will I be in a fetal position with a heat pack. And I want the iud because I want to start being sexually active but I dont want my parents to know. But the iud doesnt even help acne. And I hate my acne so much. I just know it doesnt help with acne and helps cramps. But what else can it do so that I can say I want it for that? I also just really hate taking pills. Is there another birth controll do you think I could use to help acne and isnt something I take everyday?
