Baby acne or eczema?
The red patches & bumps on his face come & go but recently have stayed longer & are more apparent & in the same exact spots. I cannot tell or don't know if it's acne or something else? The last pic is of his side. It's a patch of skin that's rough or "dry" feeling & it's the second time he's gotten it. Any ideas or suggestions?
