What time is right to meet up?

Ok so when your meeting new people online (dating apps/websites, social media) when is the right time to bring up meeting up? Because with some guys I talk to they bring up meeting up within days of talking and I think that’s too soon. What do y’all think? Please comment too

I had a few guys who after like one message back and forth wanted to meet up and I told them I would feel better if we just chatted first. they flew so fast! never heard back. 
I think you will know when your ready to meet someone. 
one guy wanted my number and I said no, and right after sending the message I regretted it. what if he ran? but he was cool about it. then we casual brought up events. "I'm going out for Chinese food with my friends" "lucky I want to go" "well next time ...." 
we messaged every day (basically)  for a few weeks before we decided to go bowling. agreeing to have a friend come with us at a public place! 
....I married that man ❤️❤️
