dont know if it something to do with the pregnancy or my GAD

hi girls i keep getting horrible pains in my chest but near my armpit. i dont know if it my GAD or what. but it is very painful like sharpe and crushing pain. it been doing it on and off this night. i know i havent hurt myself. or reaching. does anyone know what it is. am sick death going to doctors all the time when they havent got a clue. and other thing is am getting really bad painful pains in my belly. bit of back pains. pains has started few days ago and tonight is alot worse but no bleeding or spotting. is it because i have been stress with few things or is it something wrong. yes i am very anxious. i do have first scan on 20th because of miscarriages i had. should i make early one or should i keep the appointment. what should i do. i am trying to calm down but the pains is stronger and because i have GAD am over thinking and getting myself in a right state. ps pains comes naturally and dont know why. sorry if it in wrong group
