I want to hear your input guys!!

No Judgement here, I just wonder what you guys think/feel about parents who use the "child leash"?Would you use them? Or do you use them? And do you find them appropriate?

( sorry I don't know what exactly the name is )

I've seen parent's use them I never have personally, but sometimes when I see it, I feel bad for the child, just because to me it looks like a leash, & sometimes the way the parent will pull or drag the child, again no judgment just my thoughts, & curiosity on y'alls thoughts?
