Best tips to help with breast pumping!?

I’m exclusively pumping and don’t seem to get but maybe a half a ounce every time I pump!! Is there any thing I can do to help with the milk flow? I had my baby October 30th and today is the first day I’ve gotten more than a drop of breast milk!! TIA

Oatmeal is helping me... My son is over a year and I want to build up a freezer stash to start giving to him in a cup. I was getting sometimes LESS than half an ounce because my breasts were used to him exclusively taking the boob. I've been eating myself stupid with oatmeal and now, I get 5 ounces per session. In about 2 weeks time. Make sure you keep drinking plenty of water as well. Hydration helps. Good luck!

You’re only getting that much because your baby’s stomach isn’t very big yet and doesn’t need much. But drink A LOT of water, make sure you’re as stress free as possible while pumping it makes for a good letdown, and if you really think you need extra help try legendairymilk supplements

I didn’t start getting more than 1-2 oz till after 3-4 weeks of pumping. I exclusively pump (which is the most draining thing I’ve ever done) but now my baby is 8 weeks and I’m getting 7-8 oz a pump session . I felt like u in the beginning , wanting to create a stash ... but now I’m just like omg 😭 there’s no more space

Night 5 after my babies were born I did a power pumping session (20 min on - 10 min off - 10 min on - 10 min off - 10min on). Later that night I woke up with the worst shakes ever, and next thing I know my milk was there! Don’t know if it was timing, or that the power pumping worked, but that’s how it happened for me. 
Before that I was barely getting 0.5 oz combined. Actually, my transition milk didn’t come in until day 3, and then it was still very little.

My milk supply didn’t fully come in until about a week later and I was like someone turned on a faucet. It doesn’t stop now 😂 if you keep pumping it will eventually come through, that’s how mine was.

Your milk might not be in completely yet. 
Drink lots and LOTS of water! Oatmeal, flax, fungreek are also good. 
Power pump! Milk production is at its highest first thing in the morning and the lowest at night

Massage the tissue, keep your breast warm, look at your baby pics videos or have him/she near. 
Lots and lots of water!!!!! Also relax your milk is just coming in.
