What have you bought or done to remember your angel?

My therapist said I should look into buying something to remember my angel born into heaven. What has everyone else done to mark this life? Plants? Tattoo? Anything?

This is a special shelf I created in my bedroom. Someplace special and sacred for my angel baby. The frame was purchased for a loved one but never found the “right” time to give it to them. The statue was a gift from my best girls as a “we are here for you and love you thru this” gift. The flowers on the right are all from loved ones who have passed. Find what works for you to help with your closure. A close friend recommended for me to write a letter to my baby and put it inside a teddy bear from build a bear. Then my rainbow baby will have a toy meant for both my children.

With my first I got a butterfly tattoo. I just had my second, and I'm going to have another butterfly added beside the first; but I also just bought myself a mother's necklace with birthstones from the months I lost them.

I had to get a medical termination at 8 weeks due to my baby having anencephaly. Not only was this the most heart breaking time of my life but everyday I think of this precious soul . I cry every so often just thinking I planned you and I didn’t get to meet u or know what you were  😓💔

I got a ring with a June birthstone and with a little arrow to help me keep moving forward.

I have a tattoo on my wrist which is a blue colour as my Son's birth stone is sapphire. We then bought the two angel baby pieces and on his first birthday this year we got him the little glass elephant.

we also have necklaces with his ashes, a necklace with his hand print, a dream catcher with a butterfly on it. there's so many things you could get, just get something that's meaningful. for example,  when I lost my son they placed a butterfly on my hospital door as a symbol of loss. butterflies now have a huge meaning to me. I am so sorry for your loss and I how this helps.

My Husband has gotten me an Alex and Ani bracelet for all of our confirmed Angels.  I also named them, it's helped being able to say Kris would be starting X grade this year,  Kelley would be having his 1st Christmas this year.  I'm sad but it helps.
