Feel disconnected from him

I feel so disconnected from my life I'm pregnant and sick and haven't been myself lately been to tired to do anything I feel to tired to even talk to my husband as I use to let alone be intimate has been 0/0 I feel so disconnected he's at work everything full time and for the little time that he's home he brings takes care of household stuff cooking taking our child to school cleaning but I feel so worthless I'm so going on a rent I'm just not use to being taken care of
