Pregnant??

Hey so I’m 14 weeks postpartum after having my beautiful baby girl, she was 8lb 6oz and I ended up having forceps to her her out meaning I needed stitches. Therefor me and my partner waited 11 weeks or so before we had sex again because I was so scared! Anyway we used a condom because I hate the effects of the other contraception and then last week I noticed I was bleeding a little It wasn’t enough to even fill a panty liner but lasted for about 2/3 days. Tonight I suddenly thought could It be implantation bleeding, thinking about it I do have a few other signs like a bad back, really thirsty, sore boobs, metal taste in my mouth and spots breaking out like a teenager which is what I had bad with my first! I’m freaking out because as much as I want another and my girl has not put me off in the slightest I think it’s way too soon. Has anyone got any advice? How long should I wait before testing? What’s it like to have two kids under 1? Could it just be my hormones levelling out after my first? Am I just being dramatic and overthinking things? Help!!
