Sex Drive

I used to have a pretty good sex drive and it was great for both my fiancé and I. But for about a year and a half now, it’s basically gone. I’m still attracted to my fiancé and I still love him and nothing has changed in that instance....but my sex drive is gone and it’s starting to hurt our relationship because we barely ever connect like that anymore since I never feel like having sex. How do I fix this? I know it could be medication I’m on but I’ve been on the same medication for years, nothing changed in that.
