Seriously scared. Does this sound ectopic? Or anyone have any similar experience and it not be ectopic?

I've been taking letrozole medicine to make me ovulate to get pregnant. I did my first round in July and got pregnant but miscarried at 5 weeks in August. Then I did my second round of it last month and got pregnant but was told last week that its not a good pregnancy. And I even had bleeding for 5 days like my other miscarriage and it stopped yesterday. I went to the specialist again this morning to see what my numbers are at. On Monday it was a 16 and progesterone was a 1.31 and today my hcg came back at 60 and progesterone 1.03. According to my last period I would only be 5 weeks. I have an appointment Monday to get more blood taken and an ultrasound so they can look in me and see if it is. I haven't had any pain at all and they said if I have any pain over the weekend on my sides to call their on call nurse and go to the hospital. Does this sound ectopic?? I'm so scared and upset.
