you really don't want to be lifting anything much over 25 lb. The risk is that the placenta can detach. your body will let you know. I remember I lifted something way too heavy and it felt like someone had attached a massive weight to the bottom of my uterus. That's the only way I can describe it. It felt really wrong
Moving furniture at 16 weeks
16 weeks pregnant and I rearranged my furniture in my living room. I mostly just pushed stuff around.. but I did lift one end of my couch to move the rug. Is this okay? I mean my back is sore but I expected that. Just curious have/are some of you ladies still moving stuff like this around?
