Breast Reduction

Anyone have an success or failure experiences with breastfeeding after a reduction. Im 27 years old and had a reduction when I was 19. I pumped with baby #1 but only for about a month and never got more than 20ml, I formula fed baby #2. I told myself I would do everything to breastfeed baby #3. She is 18 days old and im struggling daily, I had to supplement starting on day 10 because of her weight loss, Im still latching her and pumping often but im barely getting anything. I feel like im pumping less than I was, ive tried all the tricks and I'm not ready to give up yet but could it just be the fact that I had a reduction?
