Could I have had a miscarriage?

So, I’m really concerned,

The week before I was suppose to start my period I had been cramping, like sharp pains but nothing too painful. Then three days before my period I started to feel really really sick.

The night I started I was so sick I had to lay in bed then I went through three tampons but for me this is really unusual since I’m not use to being so heavy sometimes I can wear a panty liners occasionally by my third day.

So tonight I just wasn’t feeling

Myself, I haven’t had a really bad period ever. They last 4 days not 7 ever! And I have had cramps so bad I have felt nauseous and almost threw up. Then I feel dizzy and exhausted. What’s going on and I literally have huge clots of blood. Help me please!!!!!
