Progesterone Suppositories

Does anyone have experience with progesterone suppositories? I got my first positive after 13 months of trying + second round of hormones/first IUI. The doctor upped my progesterone to twice a day because mine is lowish (4.98). I’m spotting ALOT. Freaking out since I have to wait till tomorrow to see how my levels are doing- just wanted to see if anyone else had spotting/some bleeding while on the inserts. My doctor said it’s normal as long it’s not accompanied by cramps or is super heavy but I’m really nervous 😔
