Spotting 😞

I had some light pink spotting two or three nights ago. It stopped for a couple of days and now it’s dark brown, dried blood. It’s very little but I’m worried. I put a pad in to monitor it. I checked my cervix the other day when the spotting started and it was soft and felt closed, now it’s really hard and feels more open, like before AF comes. I don’t have a good feeling. First scan on Thursday, if we make it that long. Prayers and good vibes appreciated!
