Is it normal to miss my period after using Plan B?

Back in may I took 2 plan B pills a few days a part and then missed my period for like 3 months. When I finally got my period on the 4th month (the beginning of September) &I; bled a lot, I bled through my first tampon within 45mins... then I took another plan B pill around the end of September and have not gotten my period yet. I've taken 3 pregnancy tests and all came out negative. Has this happened to anyone else? Is it normal?
