I need your help please.

Last week at 15w 1day I started bleeding at the breakfast table and was taken to the hospital. Upon trans vaginal examination the gynecologist said that both my external os and internal os was open, the latter to a fingertip. I was awarded overnight and released the next morning because the bleeding stopped, with warning for no sex and bed rest for 2 weeks and to come back for a follow up evaluation. They said that there was nothing that can be done.

I feel as though if I just get up to go to the washroom I can miscarry. Anyone else been through and can offer advice?
