So confused 😔

AF was due 13 days ago. I had cramping on the 24th for about 2 hours. Since then I’ve had nothing but hot flashes, mood swings and constipation. All negative tests. I went to see my Dr and he did bloodwork, he said it was negative but come back in 2 weeks for more bloodwork and ultrasound because he thinks I could very well be pregnant. I’d be 6 weeks pregnant now... I’m beyond exhausted, can’t get enough sleep. These hot flashes are horrible. The constipation I’ve never experienced so bad before. The gas, omg. Am I losing my mind or am I pregnant?!
