Three days late but bfns

Ok so my last af was on 10/2 and it was a normal period if not on the light side. On 10/12 I spotted a tiny bit once or twice that day and then nothing. But on 10/26 I started spotting again until 10/29. I assumed it might be implantation which I have never had with my last two pregnancies. My cycles are normally either 32-34 day cycles never more or less. So when I missed my period on 11/2 I tested and got a bfn so I assumed I would start on 11/4 but I'm now officially late and I'm still getting clear bfns. I've been pregnant twice before but have had two losses one at 21 weeks because of IC and another we losses twins at 11weeks. My boobs are sore and plump. Off and on nausea. Cramping and crazy sense of smell. I feel like I might be but the tests are just so negative. Any advice? I'll be testing again until I start. But I'm contemplating going to get blood work done.
