Did you feel the movements differently after you baby turned?

I'm wondering if you felt your baby's movements any different after he/she turned head down? I'm feeling a lot of movement on the right side of my belly. It's been like this for more than a month. I can't recognize what part of the body it is that she's moving (dying to know!) also sometimes it feel like she curls up in my right side only, really stretching my belly and skin and it looks so deformed and funny. Does any of it mean that she did/did not turn yet? Thanks for your help
