Help me ladies

So six days ago I had unprotected sex he didn't cum in me and we only did for about 2 minutes then he pulled out because I was afraid of becoming pregnant. Yesterday I took a pregnancy test and it was negative (and I'm very skeptical of the results because I'm so anxious and afraid) but my period was supposed to come recently and still hasn't. All week I've been stressing about this but then I did the same thing again today. He didn't cum in me at all but I'm still afraid!!! Can I get pregnant from precum and what do I do?! I'm not trying to become pregnant and I'm scared out of my mind!!
