Should I give up on looking for a girlfriend?

I just moved to the middle of nowhere Tennessee and left my now ex girlfriend in Florida. She broke up with me a few weeks ago after a failed long distance relationship, and I'm not sure if I should be looking for a new relationship or not. I have no idea even where to find other queer people here, I live in a very small town now and I feel like I constantly have to hide who I am. I've been here for nearly 5 months and I've made zero friends and barely talked to anyone. I just feel like the situation is a bit hopeless. If anyone else has gone through a situation like this or has any advice, I'd be really grateful!!
