Need Advice!

Hey y'all, so I got my eyebrow pierced about 9 weeks ago. well I was cleaning it 4 time a day till I stoped last week cause it looked healed. The person who did it told me that if it's not red or sore that I could change it.. well it was still a little sore so i decided to wait to change it. One morning I woke up to it being a little swollen, red, and very sore. I thought I hit it in the middle of the night. well I cleaned it really good for a couple of days. and it got better... 4 days ago it got red, sore, and a little swollen again I thought i was cleaning it to much so I stopped. well it's still red and everything. I need advice on what to do. if I should take it out? or clean it with something else? ( I put some antibiotic stuff on it that's why it looks like that in the picture)
