am i crazy??

ladies I need your help! had my bc out late August, had a period from the 16 to 22 of September and no period since. all the pregnancy signs are there all the way down to darkened nipples but all my tests have been negative. I asked my Dr for a blood test and she looked at me like I was crazy and said to wait till my next appointment on the 15th. ughhh do I just want it so bad that I'm going crazy or what??? even my husband commented on how big my boobs have gotten in the last 2 weeks. any wives tales or other signs out of the norm I should look for??
