Ovulating twice in same cycle?

So today is cycle day 6 for me. AF just left two days ago. And I’d been having lots of signs of ovulation. Took an opk test last night, nada. Then I had a bunch of egg white CM all day, so I took another opk and it came back high fertility. This would be great.... if I were in a heterosexual relationship. I am not. I’m married to a woman and I typically don’t ovulate until CD13, as a result this months donor vials won’t arrive until the end of the week. I know it’s possible to ovulate twice in a month I’ve read about it numerous times. My question is, is it possible to ovulate early and then still ovulate on your usual days as well? Or should I just throw in the towel this month and give it another shot next month.
