Butthole after childbirth 🙄

Ok so 11wks later and I still haven't had the guts to look down there however I have looked at my butthole and was surprised to see it looks different. There was not episiotomy or tear into there I had normal 2nd degree tears. It doesn't look like a normal in and out butthole it looks like there's a deflated hemmrhoid sticking out of it 😒 what. ISSSS. That GROSS extra skin? Will it go away with pelvic floor therapy? I was told I need it.
