Pregnancy

Hi everybody. Me and my boyfriend are worrying a little. He's noticed my breasts have grown. I also now noticed the difference as they've suddenly become firmer and my nipples have made changes. The last time they changed this way I found out I was pregnant which I soon lost. A couple of weeks ago I felt tenderness and discomfort underneath my boob but I put that down to rough play (TMI sorry). The only other symptoms I've had are nausea appetite growth and fatigue. With slight cramping in my lower abdomen a week before my period is due. Could this mean I'm pregnant again?
