Weight gain by 19 weeks

I am obese and my doctor would like me to gain 12 pounds my pregnancy, I have gained 3 pounds so far at 19 weeks.. I was wondering if this is good and what you ladies have gained your pregnancy

My doctor didn’t give me an estimate how much I should be gaining per month I’m just curious
