Had what I think is implantation bleeding and no period then start month later

So I was light bleeding for only half a day. It started October 10th at night and ended October 11th in the morning. It was a week late to be my period. And wayyyyy to short. I didn't bleed any more for the month of October. I've been having sore breast and sometimes feeling sick,lower back pains and lower cramps. But all test say negative. And it's November 4th and I just started my period. Could I be pregnant??
