Bacterial vaginosis while pregnant

Has anyone had this while being pregnant?? I’m 8 weeks and haven’t been to my first appointment and I think I’m just being paranoid. Someone please tell me it’s gonna be okay. I was not planning on getting pregnant and have had this for a while. It’s hard to get rid of I’ve taken 2 different types of pills
