Trying to conceive

Hello I have been off contraception now for 6 months and have been having a regular cycle. I had an internal scan today as I had a polyp around 2 years ago so they wanted to make sure it had gone. No sign of the polyp but I was told my left ovary was under my uterus. I have read that this doesn’t exactly mean there’s a problem but can mean I may have endometriosis. I just wondered if anybody had the same thing? And any advice please?
