What do I do?

I’m 5 days late idk what to do... I’ve taken a few pregnancy tests but no BFP yet. Idk what’s going on. I spotting what I think was implantation bleeding 2 weeks before my expected period which should have been Nov.2nd and now aunt flow is 5 days late! What do I do? With my last pregnancy I never realized I was pregnant because I didn’t have any spotting and at the time my periods were always wishy washy so idk... can somebody tell me what I should do? What tests are the best and how much longer should I wait before seeing a doctor?
