Scared of intimacy

So on September 16 I️ found out I️ was pregnant. My fiancé and I️ were over the moon! On the 18 I️ started bleeding and went to the doctor and they confirmed I️ was having a miscarriage. Since then I’ve been afraid to do anything intimate with my fiancé. I’m afraid of getting pregnant again. This is our second loss and I️ just don’t know if I️ can handle another one. I️ want to be intimate with him but I️ just can’t get passed the fear. Can anyone offer some advice please? I️ had the riff it’s out in our relationship.
