I am 4 dpo and having some massive cramps!

Anyone else have a similar experience in early pregnancy?

I never start cramping this bad this early! I do remember cramping when i first got pregnant before my miscarriage but don't remember it this early. The first symptom I remember was incredibly itchy nipples. I know i am probably just holding on to hope that this is our rainbow

baby's debut.... but any opinions??? I am also slightly concerned about an ectopic pregnancy because of the pain so early and intense.
