Zoloft and Orgasms

I’ve been on Zoloft for a little over a year to treat Generalized Anxiety Disorder + Depression. I’ve been bumped up to the 75mg dosage, and frankly I need to go higher. However, I’ve noticed that even at the starting dose of 50mg it is IMPOSSIBLE for me to orgasm. It’s almost like I get to the cliff but my body just will not let me go over it, no matter what I do. I’ve tried every kind of sex toy out there, and frankly this is starting to drive me crazy. The Zoloft definitely helps with my anxiety levels and depression, which are highly important because I’m working towards a difficult undergrad degree, but I feel like my sexuality is being completely erased the longer I’m on this medication. It seems to me that the benefits at this point are not outweighing the side effects. Has anyone else had similar experiences? Have you tried any other antidepressants and did not have this same kind of sexual dysfunction?
