Insurance for KS mommies.
I reside in Kansas. I was going to pay out of pocket for my OBGYN, but was informed I did not look like the type to have a $700 deposit and out of pocket pay. I was sent to a local dcf office that currently do not provide medical assistance for pregnant women anymore.. But they did give me a pamphlet to send in the mail. Sooo, I did all that and had sent it in about almost two-three weeks ago; no call nor answer when I called them. Im so frustrated because I am 7weeks alreadg and I want to make sure my baby is doing fine since i recently stopped smoking at 5 1/2 weeks since i barely found out i was pregnant ay 4weeks. How long did it take you Kansas mothers (or any other state mothers) to get your medical card or something in the mail?? :
