Pls help - constipation and vomiting

Hi all

Sorry for the gross topic but I am desperate!

Iim 20 weeks pregnant and In absolute agony since Saturday - I have trapped wind/ constipation (not sure if both or just one) but haven't been to the toilet and can't go!

My side/ ribs/ tummy are cramping and spasming so much it's so painful. I haven't slept in days I can't stand up straight as hurts and I also can't get comfortable lying down

Doctor has prescribed Lactulose which is a stool softener apparently

Any tips? I'm beside myself - I look like I'm in labour swaying around, on all fours and groaning!
