Is there any SAFE way to lose weight while pregnant?
Sounds bad, I know.
But I'm over weight, swollen all over, and in immense pain from the extra weight on my body.
This pregnancy I have gained over 30 pounds. I didn't know if there is any safe way to shed some pounds without having to workout.
I work 8 hour shifts, 5 days a week... so I get my "workout" on with work.
